(FAMILY MEAL TO KEEP) You will be trained on how to pick, purchase, and prepare a meal for your family, where to purchase the best cuts of meat, what to pair your meats with, and how to determine serving sizes for your family need, or private dinner for 2-4 people. 4.5 hrs In this class you will prepare 1 meat, 1 vegetable, 1 bread, and dessert If you provide the ingredients for meal class will be $250 if I provide the ingredients for class $325 (seafood and steak prices may vary). Service portions for 2-4 Classes include workbook and certificate of completion.
